§ 1
General Provisions

  1. The controller of your personal data is Revest Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at 4/2 Jana Matejki Street, 40-077 Katowice, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs under KRS No: 0000443428, Tax ID No (NIP): 9691606832, Statistical ID No (REGON): 243130065. Your personal data is protected in accordance with applicable law. Your data is stored on secure servers.
  2. We respect your privacy and ensure that your personal data is protected. For this purpose, we use data encryption technologies, e.g. SSL protocols.
  3. The personal data submitted through https://wellcome-home.com is treated as confidential and cannot be accessed by unauthorised persons.
  4. The Controller is the owner of the https://wellcome-home.com website.

§ 2
Personal Data Controller

  1. Revest Sp. z o.o. is the controller of the personal data of its current and prospective clients, which means that the data submitted on our website, such as first name, last name, email address, telephone number, position, place of work, IP address, may be processed.
  2. The Controller protects the data in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, ensures the security of such data, and respects the right to privacy.
  3. Data is processed on secure servers, in accordance with the principles arising from generally applicable law, and in particular:

1) in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Regulation – GDPR;

2) in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Policy;

3) to the extent necessary for the conclusion, amendment, or termination of an Agreement and for the purpose of providing the Services in an appropriate manner;

4) For marketing, promotional, and statistical purposes, in order to better tailor the Service’s offer and content to users’ preferences. As part of its marketing and analytical activities, the Controller uses tools provided by third parties, in particular:
– Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (including Facebook and Instagram services) – including technologies such as the Meta Pixel, for the purpose of delivering personalized content to users on social media and analyzing its effectiveness;
– LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (LinkedIn) – including the LinkedIn Insight Tag technology, for the purpose of conducting marketing activities, promoting services, and collecting anonymous statistical data about the audience.

5) to the extent necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests. The processing of personal data does not infringe the rights of the data subject;

6) to the extent of the Client’s consent.

  1. Each entity whose personal data is processed by Revest Sp. z o.o. has the right of access to such data, the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of such data, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

  3. Revest Sp. z o.o. shall have the right to process your personal data after the termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of your consent, to the extent necessary for pursuing claims before a court, or when domestic, European or international legal regulations require Revest Sp. z o.o. to retain data.
  4. The Service Provider may provide access to the User’s personal data to entities authorised under the law (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
  5. Personal data may be deleted as a result of withdrawal of the consent, or submission of a legally permitted objection to the processing of personal data.
  6. The Service Provider shall not provide access to the User’s personal data to entities other than those authorised under the applicable law.
  7. Revest Sp. z o.o. has implemented data encryption and access control, which allows it to minimise the risk associated with the potential violation of data protection.
  8. Personal data shall be processed only by persons authorised by Revest Sp. z o.o. or a processing entity in close collaboration with Revest Sp. z o.o.

§ 3
Cookies

  1. Our website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the server and stored by your web browser. When the web browser reconnects to the website, it recognises the type of the user’s device. These parameters allow the information contained in them to be read only by the server that created them. Cookies facilitate the use of websites visited previously.
  2. The information collected includes the IP address, type of web browser, language, operating system, Internet service provider, date and time, location, and information submitted via a contact form.
  3. The data collected is used for monitoring and checking how users use the website, for the purpose of improving its operation, and to ensure efficient and unobstructed navigation on the website. Revest Sp. z o.o. monitors the information using Google Analytics, which registers the user’s behaviour on the website.
  4. Cookies identify the user, which allows the website content to be adapted to the user’s needs. Memorising the user’s preferences allows for adaptation of advertisements addressed to them. Cookies are used to ensure the highest level of user convenience, and the data collected is used only within Revest Sp. z o.o. for the purpose of optimising its activities.

1) “necessary” cookies, which enable the use of services available on the website, e.g., cookies for services which require authentication on the website;

2) cookies used to ensure security, e.g., to identify fraud in relation to authentication on the website;
