Our story began in 2017 when we rented our first apartments.
Since the very beginning our goal has been to combine comfortable, well-equipped apartments with the highest quality services. Wellcome Home apartments quickly welcomed our first satisfied tenants.

Kamil is an avid technology enthusiast. He takes care of all technical aspects of Wellcome Home apartments. He also implements innovative solutions to all of our investments.
In his spare time, Kamil trains martial arts and enjoys extreme bike rides.
Natalia oversees all architectural projects. Her sense of aesthetics and willingness to search for fine items and beautiful furniture is stunning. Her goal is to make every Wellcome Home client feel cozy in best suited flat.
Natalia loves to travel and discover local delicacies. She can’t never resist bringing home few local books and food souvenirs.
Paulina takes care of the interior design of our properties. She passionately chases new trends and searches for high-quality products and stylish decorations. Additionally, she’s responsible for the graphic design.
In love with vintage furniture, DIY hacks, and spontaneous trips.
Tomek is responsible for all repairs in our flats. He also deals with renovation and building companies, finalizes contracts and cares for promptness and quality of all works in flats.
In his spare time Tomek finds a sense of calm in planting fruit trees and bushes.
Gosia is responsible for the organizational heart of the Wellcome Home office. She takes care of all office-related matters with ‘can do’ attitude!
Gosia adores movies with Meryl Streep and in her spare time enjoys trips out of town.
Krzysiek is responsible for supervising the work on the construction site. With his perfect analytical and organizational skills, he is able to coordinate all the work.
Personally, a true car enthusiast. During his free time, he organizes motorcycle trips and plays football.
Edyta believes that words have a power. She is responsible for the marketing, content creation, and social media communication. She won’t let you miss any interior trends or important events around the city.
Personally addicted to pottery, cookbooks and Portugal, where she travels regularly.
Wojtek takes care of all purchases and manages the supplies. He searches for the best deals and handles all the deliveries.
In wintertime, he skis and skates on ice. During the rest of the year, he escapes to the country and hike.
Paweł believes that technology should empower people and help to develop their potential, while saving time and making people’s lives more meaningful. In Wellcome Home he is designing digital touchpoints.
He loves to read books, hike and spend time with people.
