You can choose between two types of rental: a 1-year fixed rent or a flexible rent that allows you to terminate at any time with a 1-month notice period.
No, the advance payment for utilities is paid monthly, along with the rental fee. We also provide you with a media calculator, which will help you track your media consumption for the whole rental period.

The rent is payable in advance for the current month, until the 10th day of every month, to the bank account specified in the rental agreement. We also accept cash.
A security deposit is a booking warranty for both sides. It should be paid by bank transfer before the beginning of the lease. We’ll agree on this with you individually.
It’s a one-month rent plus administrative charges and utilities. For example: if a rental fee is 2000 PLN per month an the additional charges are 500 PLN, there’s a deposit of 2500 PLN.
No. We’re not a rental agency and all our rates are transparent. There are no commissions, hidden costs, or any other strings attached.

The agreement is concluded in bilingual written form. If you wish, we’ll provide it in advance, so you can read it carefully before we sign it on the move-in day.
