It is a one-month rent plus utilities. For example: if a flat costs 1800 PLN per month + 300 PLN advance payment for the utilities, costs there’s a deposit of 2100 PLN.
A security deposit is a booking warranty for both sides. It should be paid by bank transfer before the beginning of the lease. We’ll agree on this with you individually.
The rent is payable in advance for the current month to the bank account specified in the rental agreement. We also accept credit and debit cards and cash.
No, the advance payment for utilities is paid monthly, along with the rental fee. We also provide you with a media calculator, which will help you track your media consumption for the whole rental period.
The length of rental is between 3 and 12 months. After that, you can extend your agreement or exchange your current flat for any other available in our offer. Let us know how long you want to stay and we’ll provide you with a detailed cost calculation.
In case there’s more than one permanent resident it will be necessary to increase the advance payment for utilities so you won’t be surprised by the amount of charges during the lease. A rental fee won’t increase, but we’ll have to include this person into a rental agreement.
Of course we accept pets. The rental fee will be increased by 100 PLN to cover the additional maintenance the apartment will require.
We also accept Euro, but such information should be mentioned in your rental agreement and every payment should correspond to this.
To sign a rental agreement we require an identity document (Government-issued Identity card or passport). All the contract details can be sent by e-mail so we can prepare an agreement in advance.

Our apartments are located in the city center and there is no individual parking spot assigned to you. Mostly there is no problem with finding a free parking spot, even during the day. We’ll help you to find some close to your flat.

Of course. To book a particular apartment in advance it’s necessary to cover the booking fee which is 50% of the monthly rental fee for every full month of reservation. If you book less than a month in advance, you can do it free of charge.
Our tenants often extend their lease agreements so we cannot guarantee the availability of the properties that are currently occupied. However, you are free to book the apartments with the “coming soon” label.
